An exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian financial institution on a temp 3-month contract supporting a high-performing Talent Strategy team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured coordination environment and enjoys delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.

Your Role:

You will play a key role in supporting the coordination of interviews and assessment processes across a high-volume recruitment function. This includes:

• Coordinate end-to-end interview and assessment scheduling
• Manage calendars across candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders
• Support clear and timely communication with all parties
• Manage changes, updates, and logistical coordination
• Ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience

About You:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or scheduling roles highly regarded
